This is the privacy policy for WiseDo (wisedo.ai). It covers what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about your data.

What we collect

• Contact form data: name, email, business name, and message you submit on /contact. Used only to reply.
• Demo call data: if you call the public demo line, the call (audio + transcript) is processed by our voice system to run the demo. Demo calls are anonymous and not associated with any real customer account.
• Analytics: basic, privacy-respecting analytics (page views, country) may be enabled. No third-party advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry, to operate the live demo, and to improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your demo calls to train external public AI models.

Sub-processors

The voice agent uses third-party speech and language model APIs (e.g. OpenAI), telephony (e.g. Twilio), and hosting (e.g. Vercel). These vendors process data only to deliver the requested call / page response.

Your rights

You can email support@wisedo.ai to ask what we have on you, correct it, or have it deleted.
